Do you take Insurance?

(expand for explanation)

We don't bill insurance companies directly. We ask for payment in full at time of service, and we will send your insurance company a claim form (on your behalf) so you can get reimbursed.

Just bring your insurance information (or card) with you and we will take care of the rest.

(DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?)

If you have a private insurance, that you or a family member pays for, then your insurance company will reimburse you directly after treatment. Government funded insurances, like Medicaid and Medicare will not pay you back. However, if you would like to pay out of pocket, we would love to care for you.

(HOW MUCH WILL YOUR INSURANCE PAYS?)

Eache insurance companmy is different, and every policy differs. Once your insurance company receives the claim after treatment, they will process the information, figure out how much they owe you, and send the payment directly to you.

Of course, you can always call your insurance company and ask them for details. Be aware that we are what is called a "Fee For Service Office", which means we are not in network with any insurance company.
